Re:Reading Bangalore – Reading | Remembering | Reimaging
Curated by the Mod Foundation
Step into a city that is more than its skylines of concrete and glass. Re:Reading Bangalore is an exhibition that reintroduces Bengaluru through its many textures—language, memory, sound, and image. From rare books and historic maps to popular film songs, everyday ephemera, and citizen-contributed archives, the exhibition unfolds the city as a living, breathing archive.
Rather than a single story, it offers a collage of layered histories and shifting identities—how the city has been imagined, narrated, remembered, and reinterpreted over time. Visitors are invited to wander through these fragments, encountering the familiar alongside the forgotten, and discovering new ways of seeing their city.
📅 Dates: 1st September – 19th September 2025
🕙 Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
