BLR Design Centre (“BLR Design Centre”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an initiative of Mod Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Bengaluru. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through blrdesigncentre.com and our on-site programmes (BLR Play, BLR Reads, BLR Meets, BLR Works and BLR Bagilu), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

- BLR Reads membership sign-up — name and contact details submitted via our membership forms, and your membership category.
- Space and slot bookings — the details you provide when booking a reading slot, a space, or an event through our booking systems.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you choose to subscribe to updates.
- Automatically collected data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected via our website hosting and analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details — where a paid transaction is involved (for example, event tickets), payment is handled directly by our payment or ticketing provider, not stored by us.

Our website and forms are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Where children take part in our on-site programmes and workshops, any information required is collected directly from a parent or guardian.
