SUMMARY:Re:Reading Bangalore - Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Re:Reading Bangalore – Reading | Remembering | Reimaging \nCurated by the Mod Foundation \nStep into a city that is more than its skylines of concrete and glass. Re:Reading Bangalore is an exhibition that reintroduces Bengaluru through its many textures—language\, memory\, sound\, and image. From rare books and historic maps to popular film songs\, everyday ephemera\, and citizen-contributed archives\, the exhibition unfolds the city as a living\, breathing archive. \nRather than a single story\, it offers a collage of layered histories and shifting identities—how the city has been imagined\, narrated\, remembered\, and reinterpreted over time. Visitors are invited to wander through these fragments\, encountering the familiar alongside the forgotten\, and discovering new ways of seeing their city. \n📅 Dates: 1st September – 19th September 2025🕙 Timings: Monday to Friday\, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM📍 Venue: BLR Design Centre\, Church Street \nCome read\, remember\, and reimagine Bengaluru with us—an invitation to pause\, reflect\, and engage with the stories that continue to shape urban life.
