Roots To Routes
Roots to Routes is an interactive workshop that explores the deep connection between soil health and gut health. Through conversation, reflection, and hands-on engagement, the session traces the journey of food — from local farms to global supply chains — and questions how modern food systems impact both personal wellbeing and planetary health.
By reconnecting participants to what is seasonal, native, and locally grown, the workshop invites a more conscious relationship with food. Roots to Routes is not just about what we eat, but about understanding the ecological, cultural, and systemic routes that shape our plates — and how small shifts in awareness can lead to healthier bodies and more resilient communities.
