Fields of View is an interdisciplinary team that makes tools – games and simulations – to help orgs and policymakers address complex questions and arrive at decisions through participatory processes. \nSpeaker: Karthik Natarajan\nKarthik co-leads Fields of View\, a research non-profit that uses games and simulations in making policy equitable. The goal at Fields of View is to undertake research at the intersection of technology\, social sciences\, and art to design these tools for policymakers and people\, to help improve\, planning and decision-making processes across a wide variety of domains\, including resource security and urban planning. \nFields of View works on building tools that help answer questions like: Can policymaking be made more relevant to the lives of people affected by it?
